Here is an easy and delightful recipe to share with your friends and family! Ingredients: 1/2 cup pumpkin puree frozen, 1 small banana sliced and frozen, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup vanilla or plain flavored greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour & enjoy! Sprinkle as much cinnamon and nutmeg as you'd like!
